Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email or a letter).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will carry out the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive back the goods.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery.

This applies in particular to opened cosmetic and skincare products.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
